A complete map of the East London Line route through Shoreditch

I've complained before about the lack of a decent map of all the bits and pieces going in at Shoreditch for the East London Line extension, so I thought I'd make one. Includes bonus side elevation.

Later in the week I'll be posting about some of the detail of what's being built, as well as linking to the various source documents.

Although it would be uneconomic, I like the idea of an interchange between the Central and the Overground at Shoreditch High Street!

I saw today the 'meccano set' for the new GE19 bridge has been delivered to the Pedley St worksite, and they've put the main deck together...

Having read maps and articles and wandering around the area between work meetings recently... this is the first time I have understood the route and how it makes its way through the used and disused, and part-demolished arches - THANKS!

Is it later in the week yet? (Although I suspect you may have had more interesting stuff to add than details about Shoreditch High St)

Why would it be uneconomic to have a central line interchange Aladar? The whole point of our public transport is that it's completely fundamental to our economy - it's very economic indeed and an interchange here would be a real boon. It's been a gap on the central line ever since it was first built.

I'm not from the area (or the UK for that matter), so I had a hard time putting together the scene there at Shoreditch. This map is very well done ;O)
