East London Line progress: the official version

Reader Edward Betts has scanned in his copy of East London Line News, a newsletter delivered to local residents. The fourth page is the one with the interesting details on it, going over work for the next few months.

Thanks for posting that link (and of course to the chap who scanned it), very interesting. I would be interested to know why I've never received one myself though, as I live 300m from the line and am inconvenienced by its closure every day of the week! You'd think they'd put this online.

Judging from the programme details in the newsletter and your recent photos it looks like some works are perhaps a bit behind schedule.

I'm amazed they think they'll be installing signalling in a couple of months on the Northern section of line.

Why don't TfL produce an equivalent 'West London Line News', showcasing the achievements on the WLL and the new Shepherd's Bush station, progress on Chelsea Harbour station, oh - wait - I see now...

As you were.
